Ben Werle, DVM

Dr. Ben comes from a big Cincinnati-based family with four siblings and has nine nephews and nieces he adores. He earned his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University followed by his veterinary degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. He began his career as an Equine veterinarian treating horses in Lexington, Kentucky. He then joined a mixed animal practice where he worked with cattle, horses, small ruminants, cats, dogs, and even some backyard chickens.

He and his wife Margaux moved to North Myrtle Beach in 2020 and fell in love with the area and all it has to offer. Dr. Ben has a special interest in surgery and building lasting relationships. Aside from taking care of his patients, Dr. Ben enjoys offshore fishing, Pickleball, cooking, and lounging on the beach with a good fantasy novel.
